These woman only classes are a great way to prepare for the birth you want. Set to relaxing music we practice:
* Gentle yoga based movements to help baby into the best position, to care for your pregnant body and prepart for an active birth.
* Breathing techniques, positions and movements for labour and birth.
* Deep relaxation to spend time connecting with your baby, enjoying the moment and staying calm.
